Jeff has been in the biz for decades, with tons of experience in real estate, luxury sales and marketing. He is the co-founding partner of our top-selling Vaughan and North York locations, where he developed highly effective sales systems and processes with an unparalleled dedication to customer service. Those systems are now in use company-wide, and Jeff’s vision and strategy are now driving the brokerage to exciting new heights.

Jeff’s client list is a who’s who of the sports and entertainment world – he has worked with Leafs, Raptors, even Hollywood celebs. As a real estate investor himself, he has deep knowledge and a lot of passion for building wealth through real estate.

If real estate were chess, Blair would be Grandmaster, expertly developing strategies with precision. He excels in crafting overarching, forward-thinking game plans. Blair has spent over 18 years in the real estate world: as an agent, as Broker of Record for various prominent agencies, leading the global expansion of a multi-billion-dollar corporation into the Canadian market, and he’s even had the honour of mentoring and coaching real estate teams. If that isn’t enough, Blair also launched (and sold!) his own successful brokerage.

And he acts as the voice of our agents, liaising between them and our tech and marketing teams to ensure their ideas and perspectives are heard and their needs are met so they can help their clients succeed.

Tony ensures all the IT work we do is captured, properly documented, prioritized, and fed to development teams in a way that's easy to understand. He works on everything from new strategic ideas for enhancingthe customer experience to infrastructure improvements that make technology work smarter.

Christine leads the brokerage marketing team to support both our REALTORS® and the Property.ca Inc. brand. Heading up everything from campaigns to lead nurturing to content, she’s all about ensuring our brokerage and our agents are 100% set up for success.

Christine is organized, enthusiastic and loves the challenge of pulling together many moving parts to bring a marketing project together. Whether she’s spearheading best-in-class marketing materials agents need to serve their clients or getting great rankings on Google, she’s here to make sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time, every time.

Alex joined the brokerage way back in 2012, starting in an admin role right out of school and working her way up to “whiz in charge of all things finance.” From deals processing to tax filing, accounts receivable to financial reporting, she loves a good number-crunching session.

Diligent, detail-oriented, and a self-professed perfectionist, she takes great satisfaction in a job done right. Real estate is a passion for her, too – Alex loves following the market, getting to know different parts of Toronto, and watching the city and its amazing neighbourhoods change and evolve.

Buying and selling property is in Josh’s DNA. He started out as a real estate investor, buying and flipping homes. That experience opened his eyes to the potential of becoming an agent – and he hasn’t looked back since. Smart, driven and highly entrepreneurial, he tackles every day as a new challenge.

Josh heads up sales for all of Property.ca and is a managing partner of our successful Vaughan and North York offices. He loves helping agents succeed, sharing his knowledge and supporting them with proven training systems and methodologies.
